Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Muffin

We use Organic Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 flour for all our gluten free* muffins.
Upon delivery, we recommend freezing the muffins that you will not be eating within a day. You can freeze the muffins in the plastic container they come in or individually wrap in a plastic wrap. When you are ready to eat a muffin, remove from container and place unwrapped muffin on the counter to defrost. After the muffin has fully defrosted, it is ready to eat or you can pop in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds or in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Oven times and temps may vary.
